Als Tantramasseurin biete ich klassische Tantra-Massagen an, die individuell auf dich abgestimmt sind. In einem geschützten und respektvollen Rahmen entsteht ein Raum, in dem du ankommen, entspannen und dich selbst auf achtsame Weise erfahren kannst. Ich begleite dich mit einer ruhigen, präsenten und wohlwollenden Haltung, mit dem Ziel, dir eine bewusste Auszeit vom Alltag zu ermöglichen und dich in deinem eigenen Erleben zu unterstützen. Ich freue mich, dich in meiner Praxis willkommen zu heissen und dir einen Raum zu öffnen, in dem du dich spüren, loslassen und einfach sein darfst.

Mein Name ist Lucia Christina...
...und Tantra begleitet mich seit bald 20 Jahren. Auf diesem Weg habe ich den Körper immer mehr als einen heiligen Raum entdeckt, einen Tempel, in dem die Seele gerne wohnt, wenn wir ihm mit Achtsamkeit und Fürsorge begegnen. Berührung, Präsenz und Langsamkeit können uns helfen, wieder bei uns selbst anzukommen. In meiner Arbeit öffne ich einen Raum, in dem Entspannung, Selbstkontakt und Sinnlichkeit entstehen dürfen, eine bewusste Pause vom Alltag, in der der Mensch einfach sein darf.
